@Ned Carey and @Melissa Kirchhoff you obviously dislike the company for whatever your reasons (and you are entitled to that feeling), I just feel like if you want to attempt to discredit this business this wasn't the post. but what do I know I'm obviously new to this BP page so I wasn't aware this was how it was. 

Property management is what many  people dislike.

The people who do it, support it and the people who oppose it are extremely vocal in their dislike for wholesalers.

I know my dad who is retired and fully depending on the stock market for his income very much dislikes that even though he is diversified by way of different stocks, he is still very much tied to the overall swing of the market as a whole.

My intentions were to expose my dislike for what seemed to ME as a distasteful response for someone looking for the BP crew to offer guidance to him.
