Hi all! I've been reading bigger pockets for 6 months and love it. A brief intro: I've had a small amount of real estate investing experience and I now want to take it to the next level. I'm also relatively new to Houston, TX, having moved here a little over a year ago. I love this city and I think it has great opportunities for real estate investment.
