Even had another Black Person attack me because I didnt care for it.

My husband and I have a rental in Denver suburbs and flipped 4 houses up in Black Hawk. 

I've checked their track record they never lose money (or perhaps they have not yet enter a black swan event lol). lol, but the minimum is half million bucks. 

What is a good rough estimate to have some Floorplans of a new build drafted in 2D and in black and white?

It's like sitting at a black jack table happy that your friend just lost $500 so you can tell him that the house always wins and he's a moron.

@Abiy Tedla I have mostly gone with white cabinets with black hardware on the same as is the market trend currentlyPersonally, I'm a fan of staining cabinets more so than painting since it lasts a lot longer and is more durable (plus I think it looks nicer than painted cabinets too) Additionally, using stainless steel appliances and under-mount sinks definitely adds to the oomph factor of the property even though they aren't much more expensive than their counterparts

There is a house in my neighborhood that has sat unoccupied for 10+ years since the owner moved out due to black mold.
