In the event that I have an emergency and need $8,000 for a hospital stay, an automobile accident, or something or that nature, I can use the credit card and owe them that $8,000.  

Include information on repairs and or replacement of major systems.After the sale, pay off all your debts, put the payments and any excess from the rental sale into savings, and then strictly put yourself on a pay as you buy regiment for everything (does not mean not to use credit cards, just make sure you pay them in full monthly and are not charged to use them) except for maybe new rentals and automobiles (Autos only if the interest rate is 0% or less or equal to what you can get with conservatively investing the money).

We Americans love automobiles.

Speeding is the number 1 cause of automobile deaths, and crashes.

If your net worth is in the ballpark of 1.5mil there is no reason you need to have a note on your automobile @ $500/mo.

The lease should also list who is responsible for maintaining the equipment in the event of malfunction, i.e. automobile lifts breaking down.

If you happen to get into an automobile accident which exceeds your liability limits, the umbrella policy will kick in.  

They are valued the same way automobiles are valued.

If you currently have an automobile payment and you need more cash to begin your REI career, you should sell your car and buy an inexpensive car with cash.  

If the county doesn't show a mobile, it probably doesn't have elimination of title and the mobile is treated like an automobile.
