If you want to keep it simple and easy I'd recommend WordPress for the site.

Wordpress in this case and they give you free Wordpress site to create your own but you can used your website host and join them with it.

A simple one page (wordpress type) website would be great to have initially.

Was thinking about setting up a simple WordPress booking site, and I’ve downloaded a couple apps like Cozi (literally just downloaded it) and was thinking about setting up individual properties as “family members” etc but... love to hear what’s proven as easy and simple.

I set up a really simple wordpress website for myself that show the properties that I have, but then if someone wants to book, it directs them to Airbnb.

@Karen Emery So far I've made 2 cheap wordpress websites for buyers and sellers and just done free postings on craigslist and FB groups, and some cold calling from driving for dollars.

If you're tech savvy you can probably set up a WordPress site where they can fill out a simple form for basic screening, which will still require work but is more effective than responding to every single email.The other option is to list on the MLS, which will have agents bringing you their clients.
