Just know that it is a "no days off" kind of business and very mechanical.I would suggest documenting your process via video so that eventually you can bring people on to replace the different hats you will be wearing.Keep in mind of these 5 components of any wholesale business.lead generation, deal sourcing, underwriting, marketing, transaction coordination.

We go to straight to sellers with our marketing the prices our better and the ones that meet our criteria we keep for cash flow and the ones that don’t we wholesale.

I wanted to learn to wholesale so I went out and found myself a successful investor group.

The auctions are just as dry as the MLS and wholesaler deals. 

You absolutlely need to be direct to seller or have close, personal relationships with wholesalers and active agents.

I see the HUDs and wholesalers are on a lot of our deals I fund..
