(remember who coined it @Brandon Turner  :] )Here are some OCD study habits that I've consistently carried out along my voyage:-taking detailed notes that appeal to me-writing down my favorite episodes, as well as a bunch of other useful data/information points.

I don't know you and I'm not saying that you cant handle it, but why not start with something a little easier for your maiden voyage?

He sets you up on the Yardi Voyager system and provides you with CPA-reviewed financial information every month.

@Courtney Duong I would recommend either Appfolio or Yardi Voyager if you are managing NNN leases and needing a system to track and reconcile CAM. 

I find the voice quality Better than voyage which I had a couple of years ago.
