The short answer is, Pricelabs users don't fully trust Pricelabs to set the correct rates.

Perhaps one day I'll get around to trying it again, and hopefully their interface has become more user friendly, but I was hugely turned off by them last time.

As a top bird dog in the area, I’m connecting buyers directly to end users, bypassing the traditional marketing process altogether.

I use Rent Redi and it is good.I also use Excel, Zelle and Zillow which are all free or I already have them.

While no system is perfect, RentRedi provides extensive written guides and YouTube videos to support users.
