I think a lot of carriers are playing catch-up right now.

Since I like to stick to wholesaling, I like to find the right people with whom to collaborate, especially remotely because there are great deals in Ohio, for instance, and I would like to have the confidence to make sure we are all transparent and upright. 

Has anyone been working with Fund that Flip/ Upright lately?

Property values are going up right now in South Jackson mostly because foreclosures are no longer available. 

For me its tough to get all the circles to line up right now in investment real estate..

The syndications that are going belly up right now are mostly people that overpaid, leverage bad debt, and unexperienced operators.

I just got the notification from the city that there is a new apartment complex that will come up right in front of my house.

Also, I grew up right outside of Boston so I’d love to connect regardless.  

I have some expierence boxing and would love to get into some type of martial arts, but I would really like something that doesn't tie me too much to a schedule, something I can do from home when I have a free hour.
