There is overlapping principles of course, but the different sectors of CRE will have their own unique traits.

When that happens, it becomes a race to the bottom.I'm not saying don't invest there, but be extra cautious and maybe look for something that makes it unique.

One week into 2025 and the US housing market is facing considerable new challenges. 

This year is gonna be unique for me as I have a "sabbatical" from my regular occupation.
