The home you all are living in, hell even the bay bridge.....contractors You know who flipped before it became a trendy buzzword?

I already see where this is going as well and  it’s a troubling trend I continue to see in these forums.  

You can also focus on trendy areas like Ohio City, Tremont, or Detroit-Shoreway, where people want to be.When it comes to the property itself, you don’t need anything huge, and you don’t need to go overboard with the layout or expensive design.

Investors sometimes fall in love with a perceived TREND, and sometimes that TREND is nothing more then a figment of the (biased) media’s imagination.  

While this trend is reshaping industries across the board, one sector is particularly impacted in ways many may not realize: real estate.

The village was originally just worker housing for all of the servants and businesses that served the Biltmore, and over time became a trendy & fancy little town just outside the gates.

I was doing it before it had a trendy name and 'gurus' teaching classes. 

The next trend I see are many OOS investors regretting the appeal of cheap properties that don’t pan out long term.

With that being said, the trend is our friend and rates are moving in the right direction.
