I am not a plumber, but I have had my fair share of this, and most of the time, you can hire a plumber to snake & jet the line.

I am not saying the content provided is not valuable or what I will call the "guru selling snake oil".

Must have tools:Vice grips, hammer, Phillips screwdriver, WD-40, fly swatter, box cutter, snake catcher, BB gun.

The plunger, cutting board, and snake drain are awesome ideas!!

This place took the thunder from REIClub and a couple others and made a space for like minded investors to feel like they had a home to come to flourish, make friends, feel appreciated and intelligent. 

They wont just snake it which doesn't necessarily clear a line, they will clear it.

Example bids: $400 to snake a drain, $250 to lay an insect trap.* No proactive maintenance, and even the turnovers were inconsistent.

How that is possible (shady amortization) and how these snakes can stay in business without being investigatged and charged,  is beyond me.   

They see a snake and try to catch it, and get bit.

Who can have a dead snake which is smelly taken out of a garage for a house for sale while traveling.Who I can ask for team members they recommend.
