This is what blows my mind about the cults of seller finance - they teach you to pay anything for a home because you can put little money into it.

Always best to research mortgage companies/brokerages for things like compensation, availability of training, assistance on files since you are new, and if they teach you how to constantly get business 

I will say, every transaction will teach you something valuable.  

But not sure the solution which is to provide me teaching/training on how to get off market deals is something I can’t learn without a mentor.

With a teaching and leadership backgroud, I have an interest to help others write their programs or review their presentations to address every learning style.

Offered to intern/work for him at half the pay as his personal assistant if he would teach me everything he knew.

If they had invested their earnings while they played, they wouldn't need me to teach them real estate.
