KFN has great tools to assist in understanding all there is regarding the program, which I studied in my spare time prior to starting to search for opportunities.I am in Chicago and started looking at properties in the 1st quarter of 2018, after several viewings, I identified 2 SFRs of which KFN became my partner via a JV in the 2nd quarter of 2018 for one out of the 2 submitted.The support is phenomenal and they are legit.  

They have a 3 day bootcamp coming up at the end of the month and the content you get in those three days is worth WAY more than the cost, and their support is hands down the best I've seen anywhere!  

In my experience, the support is amazing.

Hello,  I am not sure why bigger pockets advertises rentredi.com, but I have been using them for several months and their support is beyond awful and I have been trying to locate money that has mysteriously disappeared. 

The one critical area I am struggling to line up help with is after hours emergency support. I
