@Isaiah WilliamsTo break out floor tile, I use a hammer, cold chisel, a prybar, sometimes a stiff putty knife with a hammer back (the new Purdy stiff knives are great for this).Break the tile with the chisel in the middle of the tile, chip out toward the edge.

I'd also demand co-signers (parents, most likely), in case things go south you'll have someone with money who is collectible.2) There must be a plan for common area upkeep - kitchen and bathrooms get dirty fast.3) Competition around schools where I'm at is stiff.

Both were purchased at a price that I can (or already have) made money at, but the competition at Harris Co. is really stiff - I've heard more so than Fort Bend but I'll let someone w/ experience in both confirm.

@Christopher FosterYou may consider going to wholesalers but keep in mind competition is stiff as well and a non-refundable EM is required in most instances.
