There should be tons of timely, recent, and scholarly sources on Brexit you could use as references/citations (writing a paper is always much easier if you can find good sources).

Just as numerous scholarly studies have shown that the number of actively-managed mutual funds that outperform the market (i.e. the index for the relevant asset class) are no more than one would expect from pure chance, I'm sure there are plenty of ill-conceived techniques for REI market evaluation -- but I also suspect there are a couple of 'tried-and-true' principles that are worth consideration.

You wouldn't have made such a post if you were a scholar, a doctor, a robotics scientist, a pilot, astronaut, teacher, rehab specialist, pharmacist,... 

While I am not a scholar in this segment of the market, to hold the 'senior' designation there is a % of the residents that need to be over 55... and it is not 100%...

Eddie: I actually paid $29.95 to read your conclusion in a long scholarly book -- but he included lots of pretty graphs and bar charts.Which begs the question of what to invest in.
