There's no telling what's going to happen with interest rates - we're currently on a roller coaster while wearing a blindfold. 

I also agree with the others that these owners sound like cheap-skate micro-managers.

Remember, where while-E-coyote is in roller skates, and then straps rockets to the side of em.....

It's a fun roller coaster, stay in it - you'll be glad you did.

When I go back and touch up a spot with a brush or roller I can always see right where it was touched up unless it was also rolled the first time. 

The bifold tend to have problem with the track widening and roller coming off the tract in time. 

:)now, here's something... when we bought our house 13 yrs ago i knew nothing about remodeling. so when taking the wall paper off on one wall, 4 layers of wallpaper came off and some of the plaster. had no idea how to patch it, so we bought a bhear texture paint in a can that you apply with a special roller. and then we painted on top, so the bumps are smooth.so now, we have one accent wall in the house that's texture and everyone that walks in thinks it looks like art because we added some shapes that do not have the texture. even plasterers have commented on stealing that technique.. :)

You sort of end up looking like a cheap skate, crappier rental if it isn’t working though… to a renter.All the best!

We used roller for primer and sprayer for the top coat…and they turned out beautifully after one coat.
