Brian Whitney I purchased a commercial building August of last year that has 7 suites, shared full kitchen, shared waiting room and restroom.

I would put it on the same playing field as...say...a public restroom at a rural gas station...

It has central heat and air, 1200 sq ft, and a restroom.

All the wiring is there and plumbing for a restroom in the rear.

Current owner stated about $20K in expenses for last year.The building is not a true triple net lease as the landlord is responsible for the roof/parking lots, but the interiors of the building, restrooms, AC etc are paid by the tenants.Looking for Cap rate info and expense ratio info.Thank you!

I have a townhouse that was built in 1980 and looking to replace the carpet with 20"x20" porcelain tile, I want to install it on the steps (about 15 steps), 2nd floor landing (hallway) and restrooms.

On my duplex my favorite remodeling projects were the restrooms and kitchen.

Ask the agent for a proof. if the agent cannot produce one, maybe you should work with someone who knows what he is saying instead of throwing it out there hoping to make an impression.It might be that he heard something from someone who overheard someone talking on the phone in the airport restroom.
