Built with purpose in 2003, this store has served the community for over 20 years but is now closing its doors.Similarly, in July of 2024, Stop & Shop announced the closure of its Lincoln Street location, which has already ceased operations.

All this to say your repair partner is going to be crucial to your success. 

The premiums didn’t make sense compared to the other options I found for the two properties I moved off this policy, nor did they align with the rates I have for other properties in my portfolio that are not on this policy.I’ve shopped this policy extensively across multiple companies and brokers.

Other companies have come in person to do it.Every year, I get new 4-point inspections on ALL of my properties and send to my agent to re-shop my insurance rates. 

We have done The Fizz Shop in Illinois, The Popcorn Shop, a dog kennel, and even a clothing store.

It is in good condition and centrally located to shopping and the base so I'm surprise that it has been sitting this long.
