Although I did learn a little and met some awesome folks I feel as though I learned more from this website and other free resources on the internet than I did from what I found to be an outdated home study course and this extremely high-level Three Day Seminar.The seminar I found to be 10% focused on education and 90% focused on selling the coaching programs that are designed and intended to guide the recipient to earn in upwards of $100k/ per annum in investing.

Based on my experiences of requesting rent increases on dozens of section 8 recipients, the housing organization has always granted a rent increase.... perhaps not at the level I would like but never below the current rate.

I have to assume this is a situation many others have found themselves in before and so I'm hoping there could be some clear guidance on process and legality.Situation: There's a prospective landlord in San Francisco with no next-of-kin and no social ties to name a recipient to transfer ownership of their property to after they pass away.
