I am not an accountant, I probably need one, I just want to understand a few things a little better.Also, I couldn't find a forum for Accounting, this may be misplaced but it felt like the best fit.

Sometimes I throw out an idea and someone shows me that it is mistaken or misplaced.  

And we love it because we spend less time re-sending misplaced K-1s and reports and it greatly streamlined the investor onboarding process.

One problem I've seen to have, is I've misplaced my contracts that I onced used.
