Agriculture is the number one industry in PA, lots of apple, peach, corn, and livestock. 

Other jobs frequently needed are painting, pet care, child care, house cleaning, livestock care, personal assistant, errand runner (think grocery shopping, taking car in for maintenance, etc), and a multitude of others.  

When you do this hit them hard and don’t give up, try an exterminator or if it’s a DIY go to the local Home And Farm style store they have better baits (Ramic) and bait stations for farmers that need them around their livestock and barns.

They can just hold it.The rancher that subdivided his land and sold it to the buyer, can still graze his cattle on the land because grazing laws going back to the 1800's allow for it unless the livestock are specifically fenced out.  

The house smelled and looked as if they were raising livestock in it and it was in worse shape than the gentlemen lead me to believe but what did I expect for the price.
