They won't be able to fix that problem as there is probably a small leak in a pipe or a crack in the foundation or a bit of water coming in from somewhere or moisture building up in the home.I also agree with Nathan about taking the first contractor to small claims court.

If I had a bunch of houses and hired a plumber to fix a leak in the first house and he “fixed it” then six months his method fails.

I like the idea if the deal goes through to re-sell to another investor to get our money out of it and let him deal with mold issue, the leaking plumbing, and the leaky roof.

The inspector wanted me to add 2 screws to anchor the condenser and he did check for leaks at the gas connection (the gas connection that was flagged was decades old and I questioned if was before a permit was required but city stated it was up to me to prove that it was there prior to permit requirement).

Although Baselane doesn't have a formal app I find it very mobile friendly, I use it on both my iPhone and IPadI think Baselane has a slight edge over Stessa so I think I'll start with them and switch to Stessa if it's not working for me.
