Use tools like:Airbnb Analytics: Monitor impressions, clicks, and overall CTR.IntelliHost: Analyze your listing for category placement and CTR improvements.RankBreeze: Track your listing's performance and ranking changes.You can also A/B test your photos by rotating lead images or running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) or Google Ads to measure which photo drives the most engagement.The Airbnb algorithm is continuously evolving and every host should pay attention as new features are rolled out. 

I've been hosting MTR's now for 5 years and have worked with most guest avatars and my company helps independent hosts make those B2B connections so I'm fairly well versed in the insurance displacement aspect.  

The competition is fierce, so simply rearranging photos, swapping some in and out tells the algorithm that you're an "active" host and you'll be more visible on the platforms.

I know Air/VRBO are strongly pushing for hosts to offer non-cancellable bookings at a 10% discount. 

Network with local Host groups, realtors or general handyman services.

Regardless of your approach, forming an LLC is the smartest choice for protecting yourself from potential liability caused by the numerous tenants you will be hosting in your property.
