Hey Clint - I'm using a 30 day free trial of Autodesk Fusion 360.

Already there are loads of tourist buses pouring in to visit the many murals, "authentic" Mexican cuisine, etc.  

Worth case scenario (highest price & repair estimate) you still have a decent fusion of $40K.  

and one of the HD associates recommended Fusion Pro Single Component Grout as the grout doesn't require any mixing, is a consistent color, and doesn't require sealant.

It isn't exactly a bastion of culture, cuisine, and parks though, which are 3 of the most important factors to me.

Our last rental was a Ford Fusion, which is considered full size.

Resorts, vacation homes, cuisine, entertainment, event space, class A buildings with a ton of amenities, condo developments in odd locations. 

I am familiar with how smoke detectors work (they all have a button to turn them off)--the tenants removed them in every room because they are smokers, not because they are trying new cuisine and things went sideways. 

I doubt that I will EVER buy another PC, especially when we can run XP/Vista on a virtual computer via Fusion if need be.
