While as a general rule it would take quite a bit for me to report something (I have not to this point) there are plenty of people who sit around just reporting silly things like "The font of the brokerage number is not as pronounced as the cell number" or "Doug is licensed as Douglas".

I went through a couple companies that had handwriting font and it's pretty obvious that it's not handwritten so great call on writing the addresses yourself (be ready for some hand cramps!).

I'm not a real estate agent, and also not in your state, so I can't comment on what is/isn't allowed, but it's normal in most markets for agents to have go-to lenders that get it done with minimal stress and on-time.Some agents will give a list of 3 or 4... with one in size 20 font, and the others in size 8 font.
