Just something to think about.I wouldn't just let the problems fester.

this stuff started in SF years ago and has just festered up and down the west coast and to Honolulu ..

It started in the bathroom and seem to have festered over the summer with it being vacant the past year, and the mold has reached a lot of the trim across the house.

I can handle larger deals.Also, there were several times throughout the process (including initial evaluation, negotiation, equity raise, loan process, due diligence - everything) where there are things you can do to push things forward or not do and let them fester.

Bad design and bad user experience are left to fester until something better comes along to take its place.I enjoy this community, and I appreciate its collective power.

Don't forget about the flood of 2014 that some owners have dealt with by just walking away, allowing problems to fester like mold. 

I’d Get this resolved now so it doesn’t fester down the road .

Feeling sorry for tenants, accepting questionable people & situations, allowing late rent to fester, etc. 

The issue is you dont want him to fester anger in such a way that he becomes dangerous so this is why the c ops need to be involved.
