RentRedi claims to be a system built by landlords for landlords and I have to disagree.

I’m going to disagree with @Chris Seveney and say whether an assignee could force a sale directly would be a state law issue and heavily dependent upon the contract terms. 

While my husband and his ex make a similar income and do not exchange child support due to us pointing that out in court a couple of years ago, she actively request all financial documents that she possibly can and examines our taxes, etc. 

Again, others might feel differently here.3) property level due diligence: (takes seconds to weeks per deal): here is where I drill in with the low-level details.a) pro forma popping: I examine all the assumptions, and see if they are overoptimistic or not.

However, I would disagree.

If it has any basis at all (such as you left the apartment during your lease term for what you felt was a justifiable reason and stopped paying rent, but the landlord disagreed) then you may be better off paying a rather small settlement.  

I respectfully disagree with @Joshua Dorkin  as well.

It's worth meeting with them and talking thru what they offer and how you benefit.I disagree with the above comments.

We are woking to by the park back so that our residents can stay in their home and not have to worry about having to go to a retirement or old folks home.All of you that disagree go dig in someone else's pockets.

Only thing I’ll disagree with you on is bad assets as I don’t believe there can be a bad asset - if something is lining your pocket and you are establishing equity, that really cannot be bad.
