If they aren't doing anything how do you disband the HOA? 

Claiming to have a secret from Tarek and Christina from HGTV.but zurixx had now been disbanded.

One of the biggest issues is if you personally pay for more than you allocated percentage of expenses that it could be disbanded and your retirement account treated as distributed.It is not self dealing.

Keep in mind as LLC would ever disband, as sole proprietor, you would be the individual 'share holder' so that really makes no difference (unless going into dissolution of marriage, but that's an entirely different asset protection discussion) Really, first step should probably be the LLC with umbrella, suggested each subsequent property with it's own LLC.

Selling is the issue the current buyers pulled out because the HOA had a hard time providing documents & don’t have enough money but didn’t tell us this until signing day.I think it’s in best interest to disband the HOA as the other members don’t even seem interested in keeping it.How do we go about doing it?

It turns out they are an investment group that is disbanding due to the active partners wanting to do something else.  

I haven't been on their advisory board for almost a year since they disbanded it.
