I cannot tell from your description what either of you would be bringing  to the partnership. 

If you have a partner and are a minority owner or LP in the deal, you may find something, but that doesnt sound to be the case from your description.

Seems to have a fair amount of MF properties like your description.

I also have no clue what your description is saying on your listing.

Easiest answer, which is mentioned above and exactly what we would do, is just put a small sentence in your description and house rules.

I do not foresee any issues as we are very clear in photos and description of everything. 

Section 8 by and large does not meet that description.

In the MLS a property is being advertised by a realtor, but the description says "Non representation listing please call owner direct".
