i've recently been trying to add buyers to my buyers list and got a strategry from someone and thats to call a title company and ask the residential properties that have been purchased within the last 3to 6 months by non-owner occupant buyers.........i havent been able o come across any good title companies in my area that are willing to give me that information,any suggestions on what could posibly do to get the info fromhem or anywhere?

I have the oppertunity to recieve a better pay rate in other places but i just dont want to go ahead and leave both my jobs if is not posible to get financing before the two year work history a lender would ask for.

How do I go about finding buyers?I found a motivated seller now I need a buyer, how do I find a buyer!?!?

Just wanted to introduce myself to all current and future Real Estate pro investors.I've always been intrigued by the subject of Real Estate and the incredible posibilities it has.

If posible I would recommend reviewing applications and leases for all tenants. 

Lots of variables say it won't happen but there are far too many unknowns in life to not see the posibilities.

We are on the worlds stage as a great city to invest in, but unfortunately it has attracted millions posibly billions of outside dollars and they will buy anything.  

What are the steps necessary to do this as fast as posible?

If this is posible, can I please get names of lenders/ banks.
