A generic question is asked and then answers start flying in from all around the country. 

As a result, the country's tourism potential is totally underexploited.

I'm not personally sitting in that market, though i'm only a few hours away, but we do ground up development all over the country I'm sure we've got someone in that market that can assist you. 

Ok so a diff path then my previous post.I also wanted to invest in real estate but just assume( and bet is probably true) that most of the people that find truly good investments have  either or all of the following the most "average joes" don't:1.

Long-term tenants provide consistent income and fewer turnovers.3.Long-Term Growth: Germany’s real estate market avoids the volatility seen in other countries.

I think it's the best market in the whole country in my opinion.

Starting to research Uruguay to invest and as a 3rd country to live in.  

Because it's easy to get a license, but it's hard to build a business.Who is going to list their home with a guy who lives in another country?
