Evidence of smoke/charcoal was on the electrical plate inside the dryer!

It was a foreclosure where the prior owner allowed it to be trashed - the furnace didn't work so the prior tenants were using a charcoal grill indoors to keep warm (and there was soot on the walls where it was). 

I think it would look good with a fiber cement shingle or certainteed fake slate in a charcoal grey for the roofing material maintaining the angle of the roof and then doing horizontal siding over the garage roof area.

What about charcoal grills? 

Best practice is to make the call to change the utilities at lease signing, together.Be aware that tenants without electricity sometimes do dangerous things, like use candles for light, charcoal/gas grills for cooking (sometimes inside!)

Does it have a jacuzzi, gas and charcoal grill, 2 washers, 3 dryers, 4 HDTVs and a kegorator?

I guess the best tip would be invest in a quality air purifier, one with a re-usable filter and replaceable charcoal pre-filter.

I was curious if you used some sort of charcoal filter system or something.  

I had a house with wood windows painted charcoal gray and the sun was not kind to those windows.
