I walk to the rainforest cafe with my 3 kids all the time and there's a new carnival year round right on the beach.

Phoenix and the surrounding area is also very nice and is close to you.There are also areas you can drive down to in Mexico from Phoenix that we used to do when I was younger.Internationally Brazil is great to go to around Carnival.

Route 9 has many touristy stops and is the main road to take the north land during Carnival, which is heavily celebrated in many of the small towns I mentioned in my post.   

It is now the carnival that the Harris County Auction used to be.

First thing you need to do is warm a person up, and you will know that's happening when they are doing most of the talking and your doing most of the listening, until then it's just "Pitching", or more aptly put Carnival Barking. 

One is an 8 br and the other is a duplex with 7br each.I use a property management company down there called Elliott Rentals that has turned out very well and they’ve been quite responsive.I would greatly suggest staying in North Myrtle Beach as it’s a step up from the carnival atmosphere of Myrtle beach.

Sure, Carnival Cruise Lines has figured out how to make money through boat ownership, but the average Joe (even the above-average Joe) will almost certainly find boat ownership to be a financial liability.  

On the other hand, I don't particularly care for Grant Cardone, but will still apply some of the principles he espouses - but I won't be living my life directed by a carnival barker hocking the flavor of the week investment/business strategy. 

If things go right, they’ll own 20 percent of carnival.
