Seems like an easy decision to me.I had a high maintenance tenant once (I suspect she also was bipolar) that for some reason had more than their fair share of legit problems with the unit as well as a slew of other items that they complained about or was of their own doing.

This occupant has a rap sheet a mile long from prior convictions and he is on drugs.We posted a notice to Quit, and now he is sending us pictures of the inside like he is going to use it against us when we didn't put him there or want anyone there to begin with.He is texting us novels of bi polar communication from threats to compliments to prayer requests and keeps cycling in that same manner.
