Furthermore, California has a very anti-landlord and anti-real estate investor government that can cause you all sorts of other problems as well. 

Investors and agents often post when they need help with admin tasks or market research.

Offer to help with lead generation, driving for dollars, cold calling, or even administrative tasks.
