only rent to 4 wheel aficionados?  

As a beer aficionado, I am glad that this is not available for sale in my local market or I might make a really bad business decision.

I'm a newbie NJ real estate aficionado looking to start conversations about the vibrant market of Puerto Rico.

I am also an avid horse (and horse racing) aficionado and currently work for a regulatory body in my country.

Fenced it off and rented it to contractors and car aficionados.  

I'm certainly not a sub2 aficionado, I've only bought this way a couple times, and then it was with a fix and flip exit strategy.  

Im hoping to find a solution, so I’m hoping by putting this out there that i might have some luck with some of you more seasoned STR/Real Estate aficionados… After hosting exclusively with Airbnb for the last few years, the city of Denver just stripped my license away in the most ridiculous “hearing” I've ever witnessed, let alone been involved in.

They did spend around $100k from what I understand.If these countries follow the Portuguese path of the golden visa and attract expats and FIRE aficionados I could have another look.
