Zoning is r-3 to r-4, good neighborhood.

Last week the tenant asked tor a professional steam clean on an already very clean carpet.My question is, do I continue to honor these requests despite the flaws being present when the lease was signed?

Expect to go to R-19 or switch to foam. 

To get to R-49 with foam board...an inch of it gets you to R-6.

According to RS Means national pricing list, Alabama is close to the National Average if not a little cheaper.There are also a number of factors that can influence costs, but the pricing assumes a 3 bed, 2 bath 1,500sf average grade rehab. 

You can follow it to a "T" or do a couple req. from Bronze and a couple from Gold.
