Would I be responsible for late submission fees?

This will be my first time buying land. I usually just flip houses. I’m buying a piece of land that has had a house on it before (it burned down) and currently has an old mobile home, on the other side of the property...

I have to underwrite them to each lenders requirements before submission. 

The agent/agency with the first submission to a particular carrier would own the rights to that quote unless a signed agent/broker of record letter is submitted from another agency (signed by the prospect/insured)4.

Have lender make contact with listing broker after submission.

I also know some folks who have over 100 doors and still self manage...and others who use submission forms through software like Appfolio.Frequency and cost depends on many factors however it seems I get more requests than usually right around the 1st of the month when rent is due :)

Even Do Hard Money that advertised 100% 100% you had to spend 3k on their training materials up front and spend 600.00 per loan submission.. so you needed up front money and also have to advance on the draws..

A healthy habit is to have the lender contact and email the sellers broker upon submission of the offer to reinforce the client's qualifications, timeline and any lender tools that can help to expedite or simplify the transaction. 

So for those playing at home, it's now been 8 days since the submission of the draw inspector'sThe whole process just seemed a little bush league to me.

Subsequent steps include credit assessment and, upon agreement of terms, submission for underwriting.
