Zero interactions on this portal from what I can tell.

It markets our properties, screens our tenants, collects our rent, deposits it into our bank accounts, has full accounting and reporting features, has a tenant facing web portal & app where tenants can log in and report maintenance issues and see their account, etc, for $2/door/month - but they have a $45 minimum monthly fee... so up until you cross 22 doors it would be $45.

Most syndicators use quickbooks and run a portal through juniper square or appfolio or another 3rd party software companyOnce you outline your pain point happy to provide recommendations

The 1 behind closed doors and the tenant portal log doesn't always match.

I like their portal, because I feel that I am able to have a good idea of the status in processing of my loans, but I would be intentional about the loan officer I work with. 

ABA cost was about $5500 that included comprehensive operating agreements for all three and subscription to their portal.

I would find properties, submit them to their portal and they would tell me what they would offer when the house was completely remodeled.  

And as to the login portal, they must be revamping it as it worked for me for months and then stopped last September.  

So now my complaints about Titan's new portal system seem completely trivial...
