Hello All,I’ve been tremendously inspired by the podcast over the past two years and during this time we purchased our main house, made a small camp ground, Airbnb RVs, Hipcamp 2 spaces, rent two spaces to longer term renters, purchased a triplex for long term rentals and I just closed in a house with an Adu in the back that I use as an Airbnb in another state. 

There is also a cool newish app called Hipcamp that is like Air BnB but for campsites that would be really quick to get off the ground if we're thinking about short-term defensive strategies.

I am listed on Hipcamp, which is fairly new but promising.

The plan is to make it a cash flowing HipCamp.

This seems like something that would be a huge hit as part of  HipCamp.

If you own land- you might want to look into HIPCAMP- you can lease your land to camp on.

I saw a Facebook ad for something called Hipcamp, essentially an AirBNB for camping sites, public and private.

As of now Hipcamp has 3 million users and over 300,000 camping sites throughout the country.

We use Lodgify for the direct book site and Pricelabs for dynamic pricing on ABB, Lodgify & Hipcamp.
