Anyone using Hipcamp?

I saw a Facebook ad for something called Hipcamp, essentially an AirBNB for camping sites, public and private. The pitch sounds good: I can rent out some vacant land for camp spots with essentially no improvements, and they cover the rest, and I keep 90% of the revenue. Has anyone heard of this? More importantly, has anyone used them and made any money? Thanks, Evan
