THEY ARE STEALING FROM YOU (remember your remark about him not even getting a fast food/entry level job? 

Some people are sending supplies (clothes, other needed items like school supplies, food for humans and pets, etc). 

So I am sure they don't want pesky DTR operators stealing their bed and food and alcohol revenue.

I told them, I've tried renting before during February, March and have found little to no leads because my community usually caters to families with kids in school etc.

My sacrifice… no haircuts and no fast food. 1 job full time, 1 full time side hustle. 0 debt at the time other than student loans.

The best defense against rats entering your property is to seal off all entry points (holes, cracks in walls), remove food sources (dirty dishes, food left in trash cans), and water sources (like leaks). 

It’s a very good buffet and it normally costs $13-$15, so it’s a small discount to get some good food, learn, and network.

Coffee shops, fast food, subscriptions, even consider what groceries you buy. 

I'm sure y'all already knew that!

I do not think they regulate this strictly on other industries like food service, or even medical.Sounds like the mayor or city planner or someone "important" had a bad stay at a STR somewhere.
