Hi Maurice,You could always find a room mate situation in a place near grocery and some fast foods.Just pick someone who matches you (introvert, extrovert, likes sports, or reads online most of the time).That way you will be less likely to get in each others way.Ask friends first--because the are a known item, vs the unknown.Good Luck!

If I was an extrovert (I am not) and wanted to learn in an office setting, I would probably start with a bigger name to get the training and give away more on the split because I wouldn't expect to do a ton of deals right away.
