New business seeking first investment rental in Indianapolis and south of Indianapolis.  Looking forward to learning from the BiggerPockets information and members.  

We found it about 7 years ago and have an incredible team there, which I can introduce you to.

I think it does a good job of introducing different strategies and lingo of investing in a  digestible way and allows someone to find what they may find interesting and then learn more about that.

Wanted to introduce myself.

I’m from the Detroit Mich. area I am new here and wanted to introduce myself.

So I picked up a few books which includes, "The Book on Investing In Real Estate With No (and Low) Money Down," and "The Book on Rental Property Investing," both by Brandon Turner, which introduced me to the BiggerPockets community.With a decade of experience in property management under my belt, along with my property management certifications and an NC real estate broker’s license (with Broker-In-Charge designation), I’m eager to leverage my background to secure long-term financial stability for my family.

If you want to establish a long term relationship with someone who lives eats and sleeps creative financing and loan products - I recommend getting in touch with a well-versed broker who manage the relationship and introduce you to competitive products in the market.
