My real estate investing business has grown tremendously since then and I'm now doing real estate full time, managing self storage, and flipping/wholesaling properties.  

If you go back many years on my posts you will see my thought process has changed on how I view money and time as success, net worth, and liquidity has grown.

I wanted to revive this thread as costs have grown A LOT over the last 4 years.

Are these people adults or grown up children because this is pretty elementary stuff .

But if you already have a relationship and your experience has grown in one particular city/area, then I would definitely continue that relationship and provide those contacts to a PM. 

Unfortunately, some get yanked back into jail for bad behavior and the cops are the ones to come and pick the bad ones up. 

The last two years I have been so incredibly busy doing everything under the sun (managing, repairs, rehabs, etc) and I have not grown the way I would have liked to.

I'm looking at a new property, and the outside looks over grown and dumpy.

The rental yields seem really low and taxes are also quite high not to mention high transaction costs.The only decent opportunity I found relates more to tourism, which in the past few years has grown a lot in Spain. 

Fayetteville has grown a TAD over the last 9 years but nothing like the larger national economy and that is because it essentially has one employer that is not based on meritocracy (the army).
