To use or not to use a property manager
Hey BP, I wanted to get your thoughts on property management. For someone who is just starting out and purchasing either a SFH or duplex to fix up and rent out, would you recommend self managing the property or looking into a property manager? Is it really worth getting a property manager if you only have 1 or 2 rentals?
And a follow up question - if a deal is worth buying if you self manage, but not if you get a property manager, then is the deal really worth buying?
Thanks!
