Forgive me for starting here...I have a back-up system at my vacation rentals to avoid situations like this; I witnessed it when I walking a listed property and those poor folks had driven 18 hours to start their vacation to only be locked out for hours.

I've witnessed a large decrease in that activity over the last few years locally.  

@Claudia W. it didn't seem like you were too interested in anything on the East Coast, but the Mid-Atlantic and Carolina's have some great opportunity and beautiful places to live with all 4 seasons.  

I have been to court as a witness for my clients that was trying to evict a tentant for non-payment.

There is no better way to learn then to follow along with detail a project from start to finish, witnessing each success and setback, like a mentoring program in its own right.

During the trial, the judge and psychologist witnessed there was no proof of intent for such material to be used but federal law prohibits the handling of such.

If you can figure out some way for me to get in touch with you, I'll send you a copy of my written criteria.It may not work for you, because your situation is different from mine, but it will give you some idea of what you should be doing for criteria to screen your applicants.Your written criteria also protects you from accusations of unfairness.It's 5 pages long.

I saw some pretty stupid comments come out of her mouth, studying witchcraft, masterbation and sex, she goes the way the wind blows and is obviously easily influenced.As to Rand, anyone who couldn't pass his professional degree and not qualify for his certification and then start his own accredidation society to achieve his goals is not the kind of personality I would want skeeming in congress passing laws that effect others.His ideas are beyond ludicrist, these pure constitutionalsits wanting to get rid of the Department of Education, etc. are doing nothing more than palying on the emotions of dim witted, uneducated, red necks who tend to vote to their aspirations rather than the reality of their poor, lower/middle income class and simply resent the fact that they will never be much more than they are, yet they will defend the thinking that benefits only the ultra-wealthy as if that will make them something, at least within their own ego.
