There could be other investments, other than real estate that could also help achieve my financial goals ( note: I am adverse to the stock market.So I welcome any leads for good financial planners with vision that extends beyond selling me the latest mutual funds- had my fair share of those.Thanks for reading!

With two calculations from the ordinances, I can usually rule out what is typically a vision that fails to comply with Houston’s allowable density and parking requirements.

Retail agents have learned this, they don't care about a person business after "a" transaction, there with tunnel vision of getting that 1 next sale. 

I'm pumped that you'll be shore-side for more of the next four with a vision to capitalize on that in the real estate world.

Reputable realtor with a long term vision: I agree there are a lot of new real estate agents that are not licensed and might not have a lot of experience and information and only have their commission in mind and not your needs / wants and best interests, however, you can't judge all agents like this.

My vision is to have 10 sfh properties, to supplement our retirement investments (stocks and bonds).  

I make exceptions because I own a construction company, and love to be involved with the vision of fixing a property. 

At his May 2019 Mackinac Policy Conference address, Mayor Mike Duggan laid out this vision: Detroit will be free of residential blight by the end of 2024."
