They need the info so they can investigate her claims of Injury. 

Also discuss, the optional coverages that may be important to your situation (Water Backup, Personal Injury Protection, Equipment Breakdown, Utility Line coverage,...).You may want to look for an Agent that can handle both Personal & Commercial Insurance.
